Draft Selectmen Minutes
October 15, 2019

Meeting called to order at 5:30 PM by Fred Woodhouse
Motion to approve the 10/1/2019 minutes (Paris/Woodhouse). All in favor, motion carried.
Motion to approve the payroll and manifest (Paris/Woodhouse). All in favor, motion carried.
Mr. Woodhouse signed the 2019 3rd quarter 941 payroll tax return.
Mr. Woodhouse and Ms. Paris signed letters to Anne Fischer, Dustin Krook, and Andrew Raffaele requesting repair of the stone walls that were dismantled for access to timber.
The Town Administrator informed the Board that a check in the amount of $2,375.51 had been received from the State of NH for "municipal aid". The Board has the option of adding this amount to revenue or holding a public hearing to accept and expend. In 2020 the "municipal aid" will be required to be claimed as revenue. Motion to add the $2,375.71 municipal aid from the State of NH to the 2019 revenue (Woodhouse/Paris). All in favor, motion carried.
Has spoken to Norm Makechnie regarding Mr. Groesbeck. The town would need to go to court to collect the fines for the violations cited against zoning. This will need to be a discussion for the full Board.
Need to make a determination about insurance for plowing. Will bring JDK in to work on a plowing contract with them.
Sand and salt have been brought in.
Submitted a draft of a statement to attach to the intents to cut regarding stonewalls.
Mitch Call and Bill Joyner will be attending the SWRPC meeting.
Nathan Rautiola and Ed Rogers came in with another change to the septic plan for the Rautiola property on Nashua Road, M 3 L 41. The Board reviewed the plan and signed it.
Motion to enter non-public session at 6:03 pm under RSA 91-A:3, II (c), reputation. Woodhouse - yes, Paris - yes.
Out of non-public at 6:34 pm. A motion had been made in non-public to seal the minutes. Motion to approve a payment of up to $700.00 to be charged against the welfare budget (Woodhouse/Paris). All in favor, motion carried
